For those not familiar with your movement, define FEAR Money Entertainment.
F.e.a.r  M.o.n.e.y (f&%k.everything.and.run. mercy. on. nothing. even.you) is an acronym  defining going hard, the pressure, lack of mercy, that life has on so many people. Sometimes you have to just say, “The hell with everything!” and run non-stop for what you want as if you are being chased…because you are . Turn the fear into a positive.

As a company, what is your mission?
As a company our mission is to change the face of music in the eyes of the youth. Provide a positive example, give them hope, and inspiration. Like many, I used to feel strong and fearless as a kid when I listened to Tupac.  His music made me feel like everything would be OK, it was uplifting, and had words of encouragement. Music creators aren’t watering the seeds the right way these days so that’s why kids are dying instead of growing. We continue to leave them out there stranded like orphans.

How did you get started in music?
I was always a part of the music scene growing up. I stole a Too $hort “Life is Too Short” cassette tape when I was 8 years old and recorded over it on a karaoke machine. My auntie found the tape and gave it to my mom. They were so shocked by the extreme profanity that they played it on Sunday after church for the whole family. Afterwards,  I got an ass whooping in front of everybody which changed the way that I looked at Rap forever. I began collecting Yo! MTV Raps cards and sneaking and watching Doctor Dre and Ed Lover on MTV at my grandma's house. I wrote my first rap at the beginning of the War in the Middle East between 1991-1992, when I was almost ten. The rap was called the “Middle East Rap” and  I performed it in front of my school for the 3rd grade talent show. I got a standing ovation in my penny loafers, Hammer pants, and my sky blue Charlotte Hornets hat with Mugsy Bogues’ and Larry Johnson's numbers on it.

What artists and projects should we be checking for?
You should definitely be checking for all of our artists which include our R&B crooner,  Jay Hubb. M&R Bang is going to take the younger generation by storm. This ambitious duo started young and continue to grow their fan base and themselves.
What makes you different from the other thousands of independent labels in the U.S.?
We have music for all age groups in the genres such of Hip-Hop and R&B, plus we create a lot of cross-genre music. We have our own unique style coming out of Milwaukee and we move as a unit…as a family. From music to merchandise we study the great independent labels before us and combine our own strategy to the game.

Is there a lead artist on the label? If so, what makes them special?
There is no “I” in our team. Every artist has great potential to do what other entrepreneurs did by having more than one artist going platinum at the same time on their label .

Describe the music scene in Milwaukee, WI
I would describe the music scene in Milwaukee as “wide open” We don't have a lot  of original and trend setting artists in our city, most like to ride the wave here. We have had musicians make it out the city but we never had any Artist become a superstar,  mogul, or icon. The spotlight has just recently been turned on us and I believe the industry is going to find a big star here in “Brew City.”

What are you looking for in an artist?
If an artist wanted to sign with Fear Money, the first thing that I’m looking for is actual talent and originality. My primary focus has always been young talent which is why I signed M&R Bang at an early age. We are about developing talent for greatness!

How are you affiliated with CREATE.Digital Music?
CREATE.Digital Music is our digital content distributor. I met the founder, Amilcar “PRO” Welton at a music event in Los Angeles. He was interested in our movement and we have been working ever since.

In closing…
We are building something that I feel in my heart is going to be great.  You have to have enough courage to put it all on the line when it comes to building wealth and happiness.  You must absolutely invest in yourself if you want a successful career.
